Danylo is a Product & Project Manager building an e-commerce platform with his team. After starting with a startup and earning a prize at a hackathon without prior experience, he deliberately shifted his focus from writing code to shaping processes and leading a project end to end.
My team and I are currently building an e-commerce platform. I am more responsible for the process itself than for writing code. I deliberately shifted my focus toward Product & Project Management: shaping the process and leading the project as a whole interests me more than working only on code.
My journey began with a startup. I took it to a hackathon to validate the idea. I had no experience at the time and had to figure everything out as I went. It was difficult, but we still reached the final and took third place.
That hackathon taught me the most important lesson: even without experience, you can go far if you are not afraid to take on something unfamiliar.
After the hackathon, I turned toward something that could generate income here and now. That is how the e-commerce platform project began. I am currently building it alongside my job and studies.
